Study 48 b - Publication of waste heat recovery success stories from industry

Accessible, rapidly deployable and cost-effective, waste heat recovery enables industrial sites to immediately reduce their fossil fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions, while strengthening their competitiveness. However, each site has its own specific resources, and solutions must be tailored to the site and its technical, economic and organisational constraints.

It is with this aim of providing concrete support to manufacturers that the ALLICE Alliance is publishing a collection of seven case studies illustrating a variety of long-standing projects, highlighting the robustness of these solutions that have been proven in the field. Manufacturers and solution providers share their collaborations and feedback on concrete projects for the recovery and utilisation of waste heat from a variety of sectors.

The case studies highlight the longevity of the installations, with operating lives of between 2 and 10 years.
